Description
FerroGreen
FerroGreen is a unique iron-nitrogen-sulphur complex in which the iron is fully available to plants – unlike many other iron products where the iron is bound in poorly soluble compounds and oxidises easily. FerroGreen stimulates rapid growth and gives turf a deep green colour while effectively suppressing moss. It is a powerful complement to regular fertilisation during spring, summer, and autumn.
FerroGreen is used on golf courses, football pitches, other turf areas, and for trees, shrubs, and ornamental plants. For best results, apply when foliage is dry.
Instructions
When mixing: Fill the tank with half the required water volume. Add FerroGreen while stirring, then add the remaining water. If the solution has been standing, stir before use.
Note!
- Use only stainless steel or plastic fittings.
- FerroGreen may stain wood and concrete.
- Use eye and hand protection.
- Do not spray on open flowers as discolouration may occur.
Dosage
Turf Areas: 2–3 L FerroGreen per 1,000 m². Apply 3–5 times per season. First application when grass starts to grow.
Recommended water volume: 25–100 L per 1,000 m².
Shrubs: (Azalea, Euonymus, Forsythia, Gardenia, Hydrangea, Bay Laurel, Privet, Honeysuckle, Myrtle, Rhododendron, Rose, Spirea)
Foliar feeding: 150 ml FerroGreen per 10 L water. Mist leaves until runoff.
Root feeding: 125–250 ml (depending on shrub size) in 12 L water. Apply to the soil beneath the shrub. Estimated usage: 1–1.2 L per m² soil surface.
Trees: (Elm, Cypress, Oak, Juniper, Spruce, Maple, Magnolia, Pine, Thuja)
Foliar feeding: 200 ml FerroGreen per 10 L water. Mist leaves until runoff.
Root feeding: 125–150 ml FerroGreen per cm of trunk diameter (measured 1 m above ground). Pour directly on the soil around the tree. Water thoroughly afterwards.
Ornamental Plants: (Aster, Chrysanthemum, Gladiolus, Iris, Nasturtium, Carnation, Fern, Petunia, Geranium, Primrose, Delphinium, Marigold, Verbena)
Foliar feeding: 50 ml FerroGreen per 10 L water. Mist leaves until runoff.
Root feeding: 125–150 ml FerroGreen in 10 L water. Apply to the soil. Estimated usage: 1 L per m² soil surface.
Composition: Nitrogen (N): 15%, Iron (Fe): 6%, Sulphur (S): 4%, Magnesium (Mg): 0.2%
